Graduated from the University of Bucharest, School of Law, and was admitted
to the Bucharest Bar in 2007.
Mr. Boltasu’s practice focuses on business law, corporate/commercial
transactions, civil law and real-estate at both a national and an
international level.
He has practiced and gained experience in incorporation matters, working as
a paralegal since he was a student.
In addition to his native Romanian, Mr. Boltasu practices in English and has
a working knowledge of French.
