Florentin Timoianu specializes in commercial and property law. He offers
advice on all aspects and at different phases of business governance. Mr.
Timoianu assists foreign and local clients in solving a range of complex
legal problems in areas such as real estate restitution, incorporations,
bankruptcy, international transactions and contractual disputes.
Mr. Timoianu graduated from the “Lucian Blaga” Law Shool in Sibiu in 1998
with a concentration in International Trade Law. He was a lecturer at the
Constantin Brancoveanu University in Pitesti where he taught commercial law
for seven years. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Academy of Economic
Studies in Bucharest, in the Department of International Economic Relations.
He has also been admitted to the National Institute for the Training and
Perfecting of Lawyers, an exclusive post-graduate academy.
Mr. Timoianu practices in his native Romanian and in the French and English
languages, and he is knowledgeable in Italian.
