graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2004 with a concentration in commercial
law.
Mr. Nedelcu specializes in corporate law, international trade law, real
estate law and international commercial transactions. His experience as a
paralegal from his student years, as well as his involvement in numerous
international real-estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions have
offered Mr. Nedelcu the knowledge and expertise necessary to solve complex
legal matters. In addition to his experience in the real-estate field, Mr.
Nedelcu has successfully advised both domestic and foreign clients in a wide
variety of elaborate corporate and commercial transactions.
In addition to his native Romanian, Mr. Nedelcu practices in English and has
a working knowledge of Italian.
