graduated from the “N.Titulescu” University of Bucharest in 2001 and was
admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2002. Mrs. Vremescu is also a registered
Trademark Attorney. Her other educational experience includes post-graduate
courses in Comparative Law from the La Faculte Internationale de Droit
Compare in Strasbourg, France and Income Taxes from the Phare Program
RO987.01.01.02.0030.
Mrs. Vremescu specializes in intellectual property law, commercial law
and real-estate. She has substantial experience in litigation and dispute
resolution matters, trying complex real estate restitution, civil,
commercial and bankruptcy matters in the courts of Romania and in
arbitration proceedings. Mrs. Vremescu is also involved in all aspects
related to Trademark registration, prosecution, acquiring trademark right,
opposition and appeal procedure.
Mrs. Vremescu practices in her native Romanian and in the English, French
and Italian languages.
